Cuban musicians Alexander Abreu and Paulito FG, two of the greatest exponents of music on the island, have professed a sign of mutual respect that will forever be remembered.
It happened during a concert that "El Sofocador de la Salsa" performed in the Red Hall of Capri. Alexander Abreu was one of the guest artists of the night and while both were on stage, the trumpeter knelt before Paulito FG in front of the audience present.
The salsero, upon seeing Alexander Abreu on the floor, decided to return the gesture to his partner and the two ended up kneeling on the floor in front of each other while they merged into a tight hug.
The special moment was shared by both on their Instagram profiles in a video. "It's like that, I respect the elder", commented the trumpeter in the post, while Paulito FG added, referring to Alexander Abreu: "My favorite heavyweight. The hardest tanke in timba. I love you Ale".
Although Alexander Abreu has owned his own Havana D' Primera orchestra since 2008, the trumpeter previously worked with several important Cuban salsa orchestras, including Paulito FG y su Élite.
