Elioveliz Pérez, the young man who has earned the nickname of the Cuban José José due to the resemblance of his voice to that of the Mexican artist, surprised his mother with a very special gift on Mother's Day.

Alongside a group of mariachis, the young man performed two songs for her that surely turned this day into one impossible to forget.

"Congratulations my dear mom, I love you, you deserve this and more," wrote the young man on his TikTok account alongside the video in which his voice and the voices of two female mariachis can be heard singing "Canto a la madre," a song originally performed by Pedro Fernández.

In another video, he performs "La Malagueña," a beautiful traditional Mexican song attributed to Elpidio Ramírez and Pedro Galindo Galarza, which numerous artists such as Luis Miguel, Ángela Aguilar, Miguel Aceves Mejía, among others, have covered.

Although on this occasion Elioveliz did not choose songs by José José, her interpretations of the most popular and well-known hits of the "Prince of Song" have earned her many accolades on social media.
