Shoma Group, a developer based in Miami, revealed its latest project, a building that promises to transform the urban landscape of Kendall.
This mixed-use urban development (residential and commercial) stands as a testament to the group's commitment to creating housing that combines affordability and luxury in Miami.
The Shoma 88 building will begin construction in 2025. It will have an impressive height of 28 floors and will house 405 rental units, each with a space of 920 square feet. It will include commercial and entertainment spaces, creating a dynamic environment in Kendall.
High-quality and affordable housing for Miami's workforce.
"Kendall holds a special place in our hearts. Shoma 88 represents an opportunity for us to showcase our growth and evolution while maintaining our commitment to quality and the community," said Masoud Shojaee, CEO and President of the group, to Profile Miami.
Another recent luxury project by this company is Shoma Bay, a 24-story building with 333 condominium units in North Bay Village, which blends a modern facade with classic art-deco design.
Shoma Group reaffirms its dedication to developing properties that integrate luxury and functionality, as well as contributing to the growth and revitalization of key areas in Miami.
The high prices of rentals and properties force many people to move out of the city of the Sun. However, real estate development in areas like Kendall continues to progress, with innovative and affordable housing solutions that can meet the needs of the population.
