Cuban Television will premiere a new soap opera titled "Renacer" on June 10th.
On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights, viewers on the island can enjoy this dramatization on Cubavisión with a script by Yoel Monzón, produced by Legna Pérez, directed by Heiking Hernández, and co-directed by the actor from television, film, and theater, Héctor Molina.
"Renacer" will have 90 episodes and a cast that combines experienced actors and actresses such as Manolín Álvarez, Héctor Molina, Jorge Losada, Daysi Quintana, Ludmila Alonso, Amada Morado, Mirtha Lilia Pedro, Mireya Chapman, and young artists including Alejandro Cuervo, Eileen Acosta, Andros Perugorría, Belissa Cruz, Daniela Valdés, David Reyes, Ary Fonseca, and Franklin López.
Family, generational conflicts, homosexuality, and relationships are some of the topics that this drama will address.
Since filming of the soap opera began last year, Alejandro Cuervo, one of the protagonists, shared that he plays the role of Luis Manuel in it.
Your partner in this production will be the actress Belissa Cruz, who will bring Sandra, an antagonist character, to life.
Also in "Renacer," Jorge Losada will act, who a few months ago in an interview with the Cubaactores website shared that this could be his last appearance on television.
