Everything points to the fact that this summer merengue music will be heard a lot on the beaches, pools, and nightclubs. The success of the release of "Si antes te hubiera conocido" by Karol G is a good proof of this. The Colombian singer is sweeping with her merengue song, but has also sparked some controversy, as many claim that she has copied Rosalía, who released "Despechá" two summers ago.

But as if this controversy were not enough for the beginning of this summer, Yailin La Más Viral announced that she also has a merengue to release that will be out soon...

"In just a few days we will be dancing merengue. My Chivirikas. Have your rum ready," warned the Dominican singer on her Instagram broadcasting channel.

This announcement comes after the young woman revealed that on July 4, her 22nd birthday, she has more surprises prepared for her fans.

Yailin announces her first merengue song shortly after the release of "Si antes te hubiera conocido" by Karol G. A theme that has brought Colombian singer and Rosalía into the spotlight, who, after the release, posted "Despechá" with a photo showing her middle finger. A poisoned dart that many believe is directed at Bichota.

Yailin commented on this same post, writing "Despechá" with some emoticons on the message board.

Social media is on fire with this controversy between the two artists, while Yailin's fans wait to see what the Dominican will surprise them with.
