"I've already been palitroque once": Cuqui La Mora remembers her performance in the soap opera "Oh, La Habana!"

Cuqui La Mora has caused a sensation on social media by sharing a snippet of a scene from her character in the soap opera Oh, La Habana!.

In her recent post on social media, Aleanis Jáuregui - real name of Cuqui - commented: "I once had a cameo appearance in the soap opera 'Oh la Habana,' with the beautiful Yasmín. tbt"

Directed by Charlie Medina, ¡Oh, La Habana! was broadcasted on Cubavisión in 2007. The story, set in the Cuban capital, addresses topics such as infidelity, corruption, and domestic violence. With over a hundred episodes, the series explored the pursuit of happiness and personal fulfillment.

The soap opera, written by Abraham Rodríguez and Eurídice Charadán, featured a star-studded cast that included Larisa Vega, Roberto Perdomo, and Dianelys Brito, Mario Limonta, Omar Alí, Enrique Almirante, among others.

Cuqui's post, which at the time of this note had accumulated more than 15,000 likes on Instagram and surpassed 14,000 on Facebook, has generated a wave of comments full of nostalgia: "When real soap operas were made in Cuba"; "In what year was that soap opera, I don't remember it"; "Besides being a comedian, a superb actress, one of my favorite Cuban soap operas!!! You nailed it"; "That Tahimi was something else"; "Oh, Cosmeee's soap opera"; "Tremendous soap opera with excellent actors, oh, how one could enjoy soap operas"; "Wonderful soap opera"; "The USA has treated you well because you were a stick, very talented but a stick"; "What times, do a dubbing with that scene, enjoy it again"; "How lovely, the same sweet face," some told Cuqui, who will turn five years in the United States next August.
