Cuban veterinarian, 69 years old: "I clean floors but I am here in Italy."

Her story has moved the web, where she is receiving praise and applause.

A Cuban woman in Italy has touched many on TikTok by showing her 69-year-old father working cleaning floors to make a living.

The life of an emigrant is to have dignity. We all know what it's like to struggle," wrote Vionaysi Beltran (@vionaysi on the network) in a video showing her dad hard at work, in a clear example of effort and sacrifice.

"Here resigned, cleaning floors to be able to survive, but like having meat every day, I don't lack electricity, I don't lack water, I have transportation; I clean floors but I'm here in Italy," says the man in one of the videos that his daughter has uploaded to the internet.

In response to one of the many comments that the videos have generated on the internet, the young woman acknowledged her father's attitude and work: "You know that nothing stops him, a specialized veterinarian who works cleaning in Italy, only the Cuban who emigrates can do it."

The publications have generated a wave of praise and support for both: "It is better to clean floors than to steal or kill. Blessings my friend, good luck"; "That man is a hard worker, there is no fear there"; "Blessings my countryman, may God grant you good health. We are in Italy, moving forward here, let them say what they want, we are in Italy. I cut hair, but in Italy!"; "My respects"; "The man is very nice, blessings, I did it for 11 years"; "Blessings, working with honor and dignity is a divine miracle"; "How lovely! Congratulations and blessings. That's how you talk so that many understand. What immigrants need is dignity, to help their family here and there," reads among the reactions.

Other users also expressed their admiration and respect for the effort and dignity of the gentleman: "How wonderful to have a father like that, so honest with his feet on the ground, transmitting good principles, millions of blessings," a user said, to which Vionaysi responded by adding that "since he arrived in Italy, he goes out to work with me to help me and not burden me. He was a veterinarian in Cuba and here he is with me, fighting."

The messages of support and solidarity continue to accumulate on the network, reflecting the respect and admiration for the history of effort and dignity of this Cuban and his family.

Other videos uploaded to the internet, one of them showing a prank on her dad, not only demonstrate the man's effort and determination to move forward, but also the beautiful relationship between father and daughter.
