A shark was released on a Miami beach after becoming trapped by a fishing line.

The shark got caught in some fishermen's line but was freed by beachgoers.

A large "Lemon" shark was caught in a fishing line in Sunny Isles, in Miami-Dade County, causing astonishment among those present on the beach.

The video of the incident was shared on the Instagram profile Only in Dade, where the swift and supportive reaction of the bathers can be seen, as they ensured the animal was freed and returned safe and sound to its natural habitat.

No one was injured in this case. The incident has generated various reactions on social media, with many applauding the compassion shown by people on the beach.

However, it has also raised questions about the presence of these predators so close to the shore.

According to scientists, this behavior is natural, and the recent shark attacks reported in Florida are due to the fact that humans frequent the beaches more during these months, coinciding with the presence of sharks, more than in the winter.

The incident underscores the importance of coexisting safely and respectfully with marine wildlife, highlighting the responsibility of humans in preserving their environment.
