Cuban in the United States talks about her first jobs: "You won't find it at home."

With his usual motivational tone, he encouraged not to give up on the effort to find a job.

The popular Cuban TikTok user @teresacreandoestilofg, who has been in Miami for 10 years after having lived in Spain, shared her work experiences upon arriving in the United States with her followers.

Teresa recalled that her first job was to take care of a lady for 11 days, earning $100 a day. Although many rejected the job due to the tasks it involved, she decided to accept it. "I said, I'm going, call him, tell him I'm going," Teresa explained in her video where she initially said it was $100 an hour, but then corrected herself in response to a comment that expressed surprise at the high amount.

Later, Teresa got a job through an agency in Miami, paying $100 for them to help her find work. Despite not being fluent in English, she managed to work in a supermarket and later as a waitress in Miami Beach. Teresa also shared her opinion on another user's claim that jobs in Miami are only obtained through connections. "You won't find a job at home," she commented, urging her followers to be persistent and apply to many places.

"I always say, when you are job hunting, don't apply to just one, two, or three places, keep applying until you find one," she emphasized.

The Cuban also advised her followers to learn basic English to improve their job opportunities, emphasizing that it is not necessary to be an expert, but it is important to have some knowledge to communicate and not feel scared when someone approaches them.

Previously, I had uploaded another video to the internet giving tips for finding a job in Florida.
