The Cuban reggaeton artist Chocolate MC, whose real name is Yosvani Sierra Hernández, is once again in prison. This is reflected in the arrest record from Miami-Dade County.
After both the singer's sister, Isis Sierra, and his girlfriend Hany Díaz confirmed the news in a live broadcast in which they stated it was a "court error," the young woman again spoke out to defend her boyfriend on her social media.
In a story that Hany Díaz posted, he claimed that he is in prison "unjustly."
"As you already know, my king is unjustly behind bars once again, this time for photos and posts they used to take away his freedom. Since the judge is a good person, he gave us the opportunity to prove that those posts are old, as he has been calm and focused on his music since he got out," the young woman commented.
Although Isis Sierra and Hany Díaz did not want to provide details about the reasons for the arrest, in the live broadcast they mentioned that it is "a court error" and they hope he will be released again in the coming days.
"He hasn't done anything, and he will probably be out on the street with us again next week," said Chocolate's sister.
