Maluma surprised his followers by telling them that he had an unpleasant incident during an equestrian event he attended over the weekend, where he was robbed of his mobile phone at the exit.
From what he himself called "paradise," the artist shared his frustration about the situation, as he has not been able to recover his passwords after the theft and is now without WhatsApp.
"I have a terrible story for you. This weekend when we were watching our filly, as I was leaving, someone reached into my pocket and stole my phone," Maluma confessed, visibly outraged by the situation.
Although he initially thought about "making a scene," he decided not to. However, the consequences of the theft have affected him as he lost all the content he had on his phone. The singer explained that he has had problems recovering his iCloud due to swapped passwords, which forced him to start from scratch. "I'm without a phone; this one only has Instagram and social media, but I'm without WhatsApp," he commented.
Taking the opportunity, Maluma sent a strong message to those who stole from him: "If the thieves who are watching this, stop doing these shitty things. You can't dedicate yourselves to stealing, for what? What rats. Make music, get inspired. But don't steal. I've blocked the phone, it won't be of any use to you."
With this message, the singer not only shared his frustration but also urged those who dedicate themselves to stealing to look for a better way to make a living. Despite the inconvenience, Maluma has a new device and continues to connect with his fans through social media, although he is temporarily without access to his WhatsApp and has to start from scratch in storing new memories.
