Young practitioners of physical activity aimed at maximum muscle development starred in the VI Bodybuilding and Fitness Festival for beginners in the Cuban province of Matanzas.
Lovers of the world of physical exercise and body toning showcased their talents in the competition, as displayed on the social media platform Facebook by the group of the bodybuilding and fitness association of the island.
Without the cachet of international competitions, the new talents in the activity took their first steps, with the idea of continuing to improve.
In recent years, bodybuilding has gained followers in the country, which is not limited to men but also includes women.
For example, Lorenzo Aguilera, a young man from Holguín who worked as a rehabilitator for ataxic patients, was the winner of the First Place trophy in the Bodybuilding and Fitness Tournament 2018, during its first provincial edition held recently in Holguín.
In April 2024, it was revealed that Gabriela, who served as a judge in Pinar del Río for six years, decided to take a different path in her professional life to dedicate herself to bodybuilding.
Despite her love and dedication to Law, this young Cuban is committed to dedicating herself completely to bodybuilding, a sport that has always inspired her.
