Low-flying airplane causes panic in areas of Havana.

The incident caused great alarm in several areas of the city, but the reasons for such a maneuver are still unknown.

An airplane flying at a very low altitude caused panic this Wednesday in several neighborhoods of Havana, according to posts on social media.

In the group “DE TODO UN POCO SOLO EN GUANABACOA” on the social network Facebook, the user Yoamnia Cortiña posted images of the aircraft, with the questions: Was this the plane that passed very low just a few minutes ago? With the landing gear down?

The young woman stated that she had passed at a fairly low altitude over the Bahía area, a neighborhood in the municipality of Habana del Este.

Yiselis Ge expressed something similar: Did anyone see the plane that flew too low?

The posts have dozens of comments, including those that provide unofficial information, such as that it was from Cubana de Aviación or that due to the storm it could not land at any of the existing airports in the capital.

The incident raised significant alarm in various areas of the city, but the causes of such a maneuver are still unknown.
