In recent days, a video circulated on social media showing Cuban model Samantha Espineira leaving a venue in Miami accompanied by a man, while her boyfriend Alessandro Piga remains in prison.
The images quickly generated controversy and sparked rumors about an alleged infidelity on the part of the influencer.
However, Samantha went out to deny the rumors in her Instagram stories: "Yesterday, I had the privilege of participating in a series of extremely productive meetings that opened doors to incredible business opportunities. I have realized that some people have misinterpreted the purpose of these meetings, mistakenly thinking they were related to personal matters."
"Despite everything that is happening in my life, I remain focused on continuing to grow, advancing in projects, and improving in my professional career. I am excited about the potential that these opportunities represent and I want to share this enthusiasm with all of you. I am grateful to everyone who has shown me their support and understanding. In statements to Un Martí To Durako, Samantha Espineira clarified that the images are from last Saturday when she was leaving a business meeting: “He and I were obviously not the only people dining there, and well, people always focus on the part that will cause the most controversy.”
According to the model, at the moment she was photographed with this man, she was leaving the restaurant and this person was only accompanying her to her car.
Regarding her partner's case, detained for fraud, Samantha said she could not provide details but that Alessandro was fine and they could soon be together. She also assured that she would continue to support him in everything he needs.
