"Leggings are never for job hunting": Cuban in Miami reflects on "things that don't look good"

"I know that we all like to wear brand signatures, but gentlemen, all together?"

The Cuban Teresa Creando Style has sparked reactions on TikTok after posting a video titled "Things That Don't Look Good," in which she shared her opinions on certain fashions, style trends, or habits that, according to her, shouldn't be followed.

In her video, this Cuban who has been living in Miami for 10 years addressed users with a direct and somewhat sarcastic tone, stating that leggings should only be worn for exercising or in sports outfits, but never for job interviews. She also criticized the use of overly long hair extensions that do not look natural, urging people to opt for more elegant hairstyles. Additionally, she mentioned implants that she considers disproportionate on people with slim builds, and criticized both excessively voluminous false eyelashes and exaggeratedly large lips.

Finally, the tiktoker @teresacreandoestilofg referred to the trend of wearing too many fake luxury brands in the same outfit, not because it is inelegant, but because it is also obvious that they are copies.

The reactions to the video came quickly. Some users agreed with Teresa, stating that her comments were on point. "Totally agree... and if it's the chubby ones with their bellies out, that's in Cuba haha"; "It had to be said, and it was said," "Elegance and good taste have nothing to do with money," they said.

Others, on the other hand, expressed disagreement or questioned the need to impose a single standard of beauty or fashion: "In this life, everything is subjective, my dear; especially beauty standards... no one has the right to judge someone else's beauty"; "And hasn't anyone told you that filter doesn’t look good on you? Everyone does what they want," they commented.

What do you think?
