The story between Yailin La Más Viral and Tekashi 6ix9ine seems like a multi-season series, after the rapper dedicated a diss track to his ex-partner, now the Dominican singer is getting back at him with nothing less than a legal lawsuit.
According to information accessed by the media outlet De Último Minuto, the urban artist is accusing Tekashi of million-dollar theft and domestic violence.
The file presented by Yailin states that "Tekashi for a period of more than a year, physically, sexually, and emotionally abused the plaintiff, including, among many other acts of abuse and manipulation, as well as drugging her while stealing and diverting hundreds of thousands of dollars from her earnings."
According to the document referenced by that media, "the accused used these embezzled funds to pay for luxury expenses for his own entertainment, while manipulating, embarrassing, and coercing the plaintiff into undergoing unnecessary plastic surgeries and other cosmetic procedures."
The complaint also states that Yailin, upon learning of the theft and fraud against her, ended the relationship last August, after which Tekashi disseminated without her consent and "illegally shared private, intimate, and sexually explicit videos and photographs" of the Dominican.
This accusation contradicts the statements that Yailin previously made when her own mother accused Tekashi of assault, as at that time the singer defended the rapper and denied the charges against him.
