While the singer followed a trainer's routine on the television, she recorded her exercises with her cell phone.

"Now my knee hurts, damn it. Oh, what pain! Oh, the knee!" La Diosa laments as she tries to keep up with the trainer.

"Oh, the ankle! She doesn't run to the rhythm of the music, just eating pin*," criticizes La Diosa, as she believes that the exercises should follow the beat of the song playing in the background.

The artist directs all her anger and frustration at the coach who, luckily, cannot hear her insults: “Girl, you are faster than the tempo of the music. Ugh, this ugly one is suffocating me. Look at her, this is the exercise of the croquette.”

Insults aside, La Diosa has become a great example for many of her followers, but there are more who can't stop laughing at her antics during these routines.
