The Embassy of Spain in Cuba implemented new fees for its consular services starting Wednesday, September 24, which includes changes in the prices and payment requirements for the procedures conducted on the island.

The new rates have been in effect since that date, and payments must be made only in euros and in cash, with the exact amount for the requested service.

The new rates are as follows:

Passports: 30 € Schengen visas for adults: 90 € Schengen visas for children aged 6 to 12: 50 € Legalizations: 10 € Certified copies: 10 € Notarial instrument: 50 € (plus 10 € for each additional page, with an average of 2 to 4 pages per procedure)

The consulate clarifies that applicants must bring the exact amount because no changes or payments with higher amounts are accepted.

Regarding the Law of Democratic Memory, it was acknowledged that there are delays in the sending of credentials that have exceeded nine months, which is why a review of users and credentials will be carried out starting this October 1.
