Cuban reacts to rent in Miami for $1,450: "No bedroom, one bathroom, and a makeshift kitchenette"

"There is no room, you have to sleep in the bathroom."

A Cuban from Miami, (@anaydayan on TikTok) has once again left everyone speechless after his latest video, where he lashes out at the ridiculous rental prices in Miami. In the clip, which is already going viral on TikTok, he sarcastically and angrily comments on a property that costs $1,450 a month for what he describes as "a bathroom without a room."

"This is a lack of respect, it is unacceptable, inhumane," he says indignantly. "Are you going to tell me that for $1,450 this is okay? There’s no room, there’s no room, you have to sleep in the bathroom." He also notes that the property has been listed for over 50 days without anyone renting it, which makes the price absurdly clear. "What kind of sense does this make," he continues, criticizing the owners and realtors for taking advantage of the situation to inflate prices even more.

The post has generated a storm of comments and reactions. Here are some of the most notable:

"The aristocracy. Let's denounce it please"; "Those are the new owners who buy houses for 600,000 and then have to divide them into 4 efficiencies to be able to afford them"; "Supply and demand, it's that simple"; "That's called a lack of respect"; "My husband paid 2,100 dollars for a small room and a little bathroom, Miami is for millionaires."

Between jokes and seriousness, a user commented: "If they put a jacuzzi inside, I'll move," while another added: "That rent is more expensive than in California." However, the most repeated point is the indignation over what many consider an abuse by the owners in Miami. Someone even dared to say: "Miami is for millionaires; the rest of us live in the woods and with crocodiles."

The situation of rents in Miami continues to be a hot topic on social media, and more and more people are joining the debate about the outrageous prices. For some, like this Cuban, the only conclusion is clear: "this is madness, a total lack of respect."
