The singer Jorge Junior, director of the group Los 4 and cousin of José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar (El Taiger), communicated the initial details about the reggaeton artist's funeral in Miami on his social media.

According to the most recent announcement, the memorial service will be on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 1:30 PM at St. Lazarus Catholic Church, located in Hialeah, Miami. The event will be open to the public, where the artist's followers can pay their respects. Jorge Junior also confirmed that El Taiger's ashes are still in the United States while the final legal matters are being resolved.

The announcement comes just a few days after Jorge Junior arrived in Miami with the goal of collecting the ashes of El Taiger, following the unfortunate passing this Thursday of the popular and beloved Cuban reggaeton artist.
