A visual artist identified on TikTok as "Turkoart" has amazed the followers of El Taiger after sharing a pencil portrait he made of the reggaeton artist.
Turkoart shared a video on the mentioned social network showing the creation process of his work, from the first stroke until the drawing was completed.
The impressive result has led to more than 1,100 comments both praising the artist's talent and lamenting the death of the reggaeton artist, which occurred on October 10 after spending a week in critical condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
There have been several works of art inspired by El Taiger in recent days.
When he was still hospitalized, the Cuban painter Richard Somonte, who has been living in Spain for five years, dedicated a work to the popular reggaeton artist as a gesture of admiration and support.
More recently, the visual artist Arley Valdés painted a mural in the Havana municipality of Marianao - at the intersection of 51st and 88th streets - where he portrayed the face of El Taiger.
In that case, Valdés was inspired by one of the photographs of the singer in which he is seen taking off his headphones, in a gesture that can be interpreted as a farewell.
