They caught Tekashi 6ix9ine singing a song by El Taiger at a party in Miami: "He wanted them to sing his music."

Tekashi 6ix9ine honors El Taiger by singing his latest song in Miami.

Cuban artists and those from around the world mourned the death of José Manuel Carbajal, better known as El Taiger. The singer passed away last Thursday at the age of 37 in Miami, after a week fighting for his life following a gunshot wound to the head. One of the music figures who reacted with sadness to the news was Daniel Hernández, known as Tekashi 6ix9ine, who has maintained a strong connection with Cuban music for years.

After the singer's death was announced, Tekashi expressed his sadness over the news, and this same weekend, the controversial rapper was seen singing at a party a song by El Taiger, specifically "El Punto," the last song he released in collaboration with Oniel Bebeshito, Charly, and Johayron.

In the video, we can see Tekashi 6ix9ine with a young woman singing the lyrics of the song "El Punto" in a nightclub in Miami. These images have not gone unnoticed by fans of El Taiger and are going viral on TikTok.

"How beautiful, Tekashi, that's right. Remembering him as he wanted," "He is so natural. He is already a Cuban," "Yes, he wanted them to sing his music," or "Tekashi, thank you for remembering a Cuban who was very dear to his people and to the whole world. Thank you."

The relationship between Tekashi 6ix9ine and Cuban music continues to strengthen, as this is not the first time the rapper has shown interest. In addition to having several collaborations with Cuban composer Lenier Mesa, Tekashi has been to Cuba on several occasions.

Next, we leave you with the song "El Punto," which is a total hit:
