A Cuban has sparked outrage among the community on social media after sharing a video on his TikTok account where he makes a tasteless joke about the death of the renowned Cuban reggaeton artist José Manuel Carvajal Zaldívar, better known as El Taiger.

The video, which quickly went viral, was posted by the user @reflexionesdedeni and shows how the TikToker jokes about the alleged cremation of El Taiger's body, suggesting that they had to use two urns due to the artist's build.

This comment sparked a wave of criticism on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, where many users deemed the joke disrespectful and out of place, at a time of mourning for the fans and loved ones of the singer.

The reaction was immediate, and many have spoken out against the video, considering it a disrespect to the memory of El Taiger.

"Asere, you are useless," "You are a disrespectful person," "Do you think that's a topic to mock?" "We should all report this repulsive and undesirable being," or "What a disgusting guy," just to mention a few of the comments that appear in the post.

Despite the controversy, the content creator has not issued a public apology, and the video continues to accumulate views and comments, most of them negative.

El Taiger, a key figure in the Cuban reggaeton scene, has been a source of inspiration for many young people, and his legacy continues to live on in music, which intensifies the frustration among his followers over what they consider an insensitive and tasteless joke.
