Just hours before the release of the new collaboration between Tekashi 6ix9ine, Lenier Mesa, and Oniel Bebeshito, the three singers came together to send a message to the late Cuban singer El Taiger, whom they intend to honor with this song.
"My beautiful Cuba, I love you very much. Tomorrow we are going to release a distribution for Cuban culture, we are going to make it number one in the world," expressed Tekashi, ensuring that the theme will be a tribute to urban music from Cuba.
The rapper also took the moment to remember the late Cuban singer El Taiger, to whom he paid tribute with heartfelt words: “May the soul of our friend El Taiger rest in peace. I know your dream was for the distribution and the culture you created, that you were the toughest, to become number one in the world.”
With the collaboration, the three singers aim to honor the legacy of José Manuel Carbajal, a key figure in the Cuban urban genre, who passed away on October 10 at the age of 37 in Miami, one week after being shot in the head.
The song is expected to be released this Friday and to be a success both inside and outside of Cuba. A song that marks a new chapter in Tekashi 6ix9ine's relationship with Cuban music as it is his first collaborative song.
On the other hand, this is also Oniel Bebeshito's first song since his arrival in the United States. Therefore, the expectations for this release are through the roof. What surprises will the artists bring?
