Cuban about the controversy over "Papita Frita": They don't need to hang on to El Taiger to have numbers or make money.

"The most important issue right now is justice, and justice has not been served."

Amid the tributes on social media, the condolences, expressions of grief, and demands for justice following the death of El Taiger, a new topic is capturing attention on the platforms: the use of his image in the music video for "Papita frita."

After Jorge Junior, leader of Los 4 and cousin of El Taiger, reacted strongly and demanded that the image be removed from the music video because the song had nothing to do with him, many people have begun to weigh in.

As expected, the platforms are filled with comments both in favor, as they consider it a legitimate tribute, and against the use of El Taiger's image in the audiovisual, as they find it disrespectful or an 'exploitation' of media interest.

The Cuban social media user @claudia.piloto8 is one of those who has used the platform to express opinions about the controversy.

In her reflection, @claudia.piloto8 first questioned the relevance of the controversy itself, as she considers it a "insignificant, trivial, and irrelevant" topic.

According to her, El Taiger wouldn’t be bothered at all by the inclusion of his image in a music video, recalling that the singer himself made it clear when he was alive that he wanted to be remembered enjoying his music and in a joyful environment: "In an interview, he said he wanted to be remembered singing his songs, dancing."

The creator also mentioned that neither Lenier nor Tekashi need El Taiger's figure to gain popularity or income: "I don't think that Lenier, Tekashi, or Bebeshito need to hang on to El Taiger to have numbers." Additionally, she criticized that while there is a complaint about the use of the photo in the music video, no one came forward to thank Lenier when he dedicated an emotional song to El Taiger while he was fighting for his life in the hospital.

Another point that @claudia.piloto8 touched on is El Taiger's reconciliation with several figures in the urban genre with whom he had problems in the past, including his own cousin Jorge Junior. "He fought with Dany Ome and they reconciled," the creator recalls in her reflection, referring to how inappropriate she sees it for there to be such controversy surrounding a person "who showed that he had a heart of gold and had the capacity to forgive."

In his opinion, the central issue should be, on the contrary, that justice has not yet been served for his death and that those responsible remain free. "The most important issue was the hospital, now it is justice, and justice has not been served."

The words of @claudia.piloto8 have not gone unnoticed, and some social media users have agreed with her analysis. One commented: "I think the same, the song is beautiful and cheerful, he would have loved it," while another added: "It's incredible that a human being like him, who showed he could forgive, is at the center of this controversy." Others highlighted that, although the song "Papita Frita" may sound trivial, it perfectly represents the urban style and genre that El Taiger defended.

However, not everyone agrees with the opinion of @claudia.piloto8. Some think that permission should have been asked to use El Taiger's image in the video. "They should have asked for permission to use his image, especially in the midst of so much controversy," commented another user.

Among the public figures who have joined in to weigh in on this controversy are Otaola and Chocolate, who dedicated a strong diss track to Tekashi, who (along with Lenier and Bebeshito) is participating in the song.
