Destino Positivo is recovering from a surgery it underwent recently; although the news was announced on Thursday, the surgical intervention took place on Friday of last week.
On his YouTube channel, "Destino Tolk," the Dominican influencer told his colleague Fernan the details of what happened and clarified that he initially went in for surgery for a polyp, but it ended up being a complex surgery for a nasal tumor.
Destino reported that about a year ago, she began to feel discomfort in her nose that made it difficult for her to breathe properly. It was her partner who noticed that there was a lump on the left side of her nose that was causing the obstruction.
After several medical exams, they told him he had a polyp and needed to undergo surgery.
However, it was not until the moment the doctors began the surgery that they realized it was not a polyp but a nasal tumor, and they informed his wife. Two days after the intervention, his partner revealed to him what had happened in the operating room.
"I never felt symptoms of anything," said the influencer, but he acknowledged that after the surgery, he has experienced a lot of pain and inflammation. Destino revealed that the biopsy detected it was a benign tumor.
After these difficult moments, the advice from Destino for its followers was to never neglect their health and to undergo regular medical check-ups.
