The actress and former contestant of Miss Universe Cuba, Rachell Vallori, openly voiced her dissatisfaction with the selection of Marianela Ancheta as Cuba's representative for Miss Universe 2024.

In a comment on a post by Cuban influencer Kenny Robert, Rachell Vallori sharply criticized Ancheta and the Miami influencers who have expressed support for her, deeming that backing as "false" and questioning the impact of the Cuban representative.

The young woman regrets that some influencers have sunk "too low" by supporting someone who, according to her, has focused on "discrediting women who possess more talent, career, and personality."

In her comment, the actress was outspoken and made it clear that, in her opinion, Marianela Ancheta does not represent the values of Cuban women and that her behavior does not align with the image of a "queen."

Furthermore, he emphasized that the support received by the representative of Miss Universe Cuba is superficial and lacks authenticity.

"To be someone and rise, you do not have to crush other women," wrote Rachell Vallori, who decided to withdraw from the Miss Universe Cuba competition, emphasizing in her message that Ancheta's selection does not represent her or Cuban women, in her opinion.

In a forceful tone, the young woman concluded her statement by suggesting that Cuba's new representative at Miss Universe could be regarded as "Miss Flip-Flop Universe" or "Miss Meme Cuba."

Rachell's opinion has sparked a broad debate in the post shared by Kenny Robert about his friend Marianela Ancheta. Both the influencer and the actress even had a discussion in the comments section.

"You will never be a Miss, well, you know that, but what I mean is this: If Marianela doesn’t represent the Cuban woman to you, what are you doing here wasting your time? I never thought the story of Yolanda Saldívar and Selena would repeat itself. Why didn't you continue? Because Marianela had more support than you," Kenny Robert replied.

"The real reason I didn't continue is because I didn't feel like giving my image to people with a history. I have my partner and my career, and I wasn't going to jeopardize that for a contest that she had already rigged. It's disrespectful that you all keep using this to create controversy with this nonsense," Rachell responded once more. The discussion continued in the comments with more users.
