A 57-year-old man of Cuban origin, identified as Lázaro Arteaga Cuello, has been arrested and is facing charges of second-degree attempted murder and evidence tampering after stabbing his apartment mate with a kitchen knife.
The incident occurred on Thursday night at the West Brickell Apartments condominium, located at the intersection of Second Avenue and Southwest 10th Street in Miami.
