A man was found dead this afternoon on Acosta Avenue, near José de la Luz y Caballero Street, close to the Mónaco, in the 10th of October municipality. According to eyewitnesses, the body, which had a stab wound in the chest, was seated in an armchair positioned in front of a pharmacy.

Neighbors in the area shared details on social media. One of them commented, "That happened just around the corner from my house; he was stabbed in the chest. That armchair wasn't there; it was at the corner of Luz and Caballero and Acosta, where someone had thrown it out. They moved the armchair almost right in front of the pharmacy. They stabbed him and left him sitting there. He looks to be about 50 years old, and nobody knows him from the neighborhood."

I am truly very shocked."
