Use:
Snack pasta has multiple variants. It is a very popular recipe in Cuba, it works the same for a birthday party as it does for a school snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed hot dogs or mortadella, cooked ham, or york
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onion cut into brunoise
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend the hot dogs, onion and 2 of the hard-boiled eggs well. Mix everything and add the mayonnaise.
If you want the pasta to be thicker, add another egg and if you want it softer, add more mayonnaise.
When the pasta has the density you like, season with salt and pepper and add a few drops of spice.
This paste is ideal to consume with soda crackers, saltine crackers, toasted bread or sandwich bread. You can decorate it by adding grated hard-boiled egg on top and a touch of pepper, if it is for adults.
It is an excellent recipe to serve on birthdays, for school snacks or for snacks at a party.
