Ingredients:
4 very ripe tomatoes
1 red pepper chili
1 large or 2 medium onions
2 sprigs of parsley
1 large clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons of sugar
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer or blender. Put them over low heat in a low saucepan, stirring constantly, until they acquire the consistency of a very thick paste. Let it cool and serve it on toast or crackers, for salads, breakfasts or snacks.
