Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 large onion or 2 medium onions 2 sprigs of parsley 1 large garlic clove 3 tablespoons of wheat flour 3 tablespoons of powdered milk ¼ cup of vinegar ¼ cup of oil 1 teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoons of sugar
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer or blender. Place them over low heat in a shallow saucepan, stirring continuously until it thickens to a paste-like consistency. Let it cool, then serve it on toast or crackers, perfect for appetizers, breakfasts, or snacks.
