Celebrities join Alejandro Sanz's project in support of the "dreamers"

"We are all one. All dreams matter," is the campaign motto.

The Spanish singer-songwriter Alejandro Sanz has created a solidarity project to help the so-called dreamers in the United States, with which they intend to raise funds to help them fulfill their dreams because "all dreams matter."

"We all have dreams and each of us should have the right to dream freely... but the dreams of the Dreamers are being seriously threatened. As you know, the Dreamers are children and young people who entered the United States irregularly accompanying their parents. , in most cases, and without knowing their immigration status, they have grown up and lived in that country that they consider their home and where they dream of getting out of the shadows," Sanz wrote on the fundraising page.

"The Dreamers movement brings together all these undocumented young people who made the decision to raise their voices without fear of deportation and started a fight to achieve immigration reform," the singer continued. "I invite you to be part of this group be brave and wear the #Dreamer team t-shirt with me."

At the call of the Spanish artist, many celebrities have applauded the project and have worn the t-shirt to show their support for the dreamers and contribute to the fundraiser. Among the first to join is Ricky Martin, that also launched a campaign months ago similar to help those affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

The singers Camila Cabello and Luis Fonsi They also supported Sanz's initiative.

"Don't let anyone threaten your dreams and make you believe that you don't belong. We all have dreams, we are all equal!" wrote the interpreter of Slowly along with a photo wearing the shirt.

"THANK YOU my girl @camila_cabello. Together for dreams come true," Alejandro Sanz wrote in gratitude to the Cuban singer for joining the project.

Funds generated by the campaign will go to Ascend Educational Fund, Dream Big Nevada and Immigrants Rising, which offer scholarships to study, protection from deportation and funds to undocumented entrepreneurs, respectively, to support the fight of dreamers.

The t-shirts cost between $26 and $30 and come in different sizes and models.

Other artists such as the Spanish India Martínez and Vanessa Martín, the reggaeton singer J Balvin and the singer-songwriter Ricardo Montaner, have also joined the campaign for the dreamers.

Alejandro Sanz has just started #LaTira in the United States, after a resounding success in Spain.
