Emilio Estefan gets vaccinated against the coronavirus: "I decided to take the risk"

Emilio Estefan is more than willing to leave behind the threat that the coronavirus pandemic still poses to humanity and has taken the risk of getting the vaccine against the disease.

Although today this new medicine against COVID-19 is causing uncertainty and lack of confidence in citizens around the world, there is nothing better than setting an example and even more so being one of the most important public figures in entertainment.

This is exactly what the famous Cuban musician and producer has done, who has taken the step forward and after consulting with his trusted doctors, he has been vaccinated in the city of Miami (Florida), putting many as witnesses.

Thinking about those "people who have lost their lives, who have been sick or who have had a bad time" due to the coronavirus,the renowned artist He has used his social networks to share his experience with all his followers and send a message of hope claiming that "if everything goes well, this is a way to return to normality."

"After many questions to the doctors I trusted, they all assured me that I could get the vaccine.
That's why today I decided to take the risk and wear it to end this year. And together we have a light of hope. "After so many people who have lost their lives, who have been sick, who have had such a bad time due to different circumstances, I think that if everything goes well, this is a way to return to normality," commented the artist along with a video in which he appears to be speaking to the press and which shows some images of the moment he received the vaccine.

Likewise, the husband ofthe famous Cuban singer Gloria Estefan He encouraged all citizens who are 65 years of age or older to contact the nonprofit academic medical system Jackson Health to be vaccinated as a priority.

"With faith we can achieve everything. Jackson Health has started a special program to prioritize vaccination for those over 65 years of age. So if you are 65 years of age or older, contact Jackson Health and request information for the vaccination program of the coronavirus," he addedEmilio Estefan.
