"He is detained along with his father," Pedro López, father-in-law of the political prisoner's sister, denounced on Facebook this Monday, who has been very aware of what is happening with him since he was arrested last July.
“We know that there is a repressive wave throughout the country. It is possible that they will stop us too, and that they will not let Roxana and Jonathan arrive either,” he added.

“Andy García momentarily released to the house, to wait to continue serving his sentence in an open [regime]... Happy because we will be with him, but the battle does not end #SonInocentes,” his brother-in-law Jonatan López indicated at that time on his networks social.
For her part, after hearing the news, Roxana García Lorenzo (Andy's sister) maintained that her brother was not the only innocent person imprisoned for exercising his right to demonstrate in Cuba.
“My brother is not the only one, there are hundreds of political prisoners who need us. #FreedomForPoliticalPrisoners,” said Roxana in a publication on her social networks. “In a few hours my brother will be home,” said the relieved sister of a young man whose family has been demanding his release tirelessly since the moment of his arrest.

“The trial was clearly prepared. There wasn't a single piece of evidence." and added that the lawyers assured them that there were no reasons to keep them in prison because “you didn't do anything,” he recalled.
