What is promised is a debt for Camila Cabello. As he had announced to his fans, this Wednesday he landed on digital platforms with a premiere, "My love", a song by the Belgian singer and composer Stromae which is one of his favorites.
“One of my collaboration dreams is crossed off the list! "I have to write a little verse for 'Mon amour' now!" the Cuban singer commented euphorically in a post on Instagram.
Camila confessed that she has been a fan of Stromae for years and had always wanted to collaborate with him.
“I heard their album in Paris and this was my favorite. "We met at a gala and I sent him a text message saying that this was my favorite song, then I went into the studio and wrote a little verse about my intentions to have a hot summer," said the Cuban.
However, Camila wanted to perform her part in another language: “I speak a little French thanks to Duolingo (I'm obsessed with languages) and I wanted to sing in French for this.”
Stromae thanked the “Havana” singer for accompanying him on this version: “'Mon amour' in collaboration with Camila Cabello is out!!! Thank you very much Camila for giving a new dimension to this topic, it is a true honor.”
“The song and video clip are now available everywhere! Go to YouTube to see what happened in 'La Villa Mon Amour,'” the artist invited on Instagram.
The video clip, in which several couples share time together in a summer villa, shows images of a typical tropical environment where beaches, palm trees, sun, lots of fun... but also conflicts prevail.
In just hours, “Mon amour” has already accumulated nearly 700 thousand views on YouTube and hundreds of comments from the followers of both singers.

At the beginning of last June The Cuban premiered another collaboration, “Lola”, with Yotuel Romero, a theme that is part of his last album Family, and in which both describe the precarious situation that exists in Cuba.
