Camila Arteche will be back on television and in soap operas, now in the United States and as part of a new network projectTelemundo.
Although she did not give many details, Camila shared on her Instagram profile that she will play Verónica, one of the secondary characters ofGame of lies, andthriller dramatic that already began recording last week.
“My new journey with Verónica began in a 'Game of Lies'. Thanks to my agency BeaUmanagement for always supporting me. TOTelemundofor trusting and welcoming me for the first time. To all the wonderful team that is part. To my accent coach Ana Carolina Valsagna for her patience and to my friend Ale Boue always,” the actress wrote on the social network.
Arteche also shared some images on the recording set and of his transformation for this character.
After theaward for best performance at the Hollywood North Film Awards for his leading role in the shortBoxer, returning to the small screen is a great opportunity for the Cuban.
Many of his followers and colleagues joined in congratulating him for this great step in his career outside of Cuba, among them the actresses Laura Treto, Rachel Cruz, Yare Santana, Yuliet Cruz, Aly Sánchez and the actor Carlos Enrique Almirante, among others.
Two other Cuban actresses Beatriz Valdés and Aylín Mujica will also be part of the cast of the soap opera.
In accordance withTelemundo, Game of lies It will be set in Los Angeles and San Clemente, California. It tells “a story full of intrigue, mystery, passion and love that follows the life of César Ferrer”, a man who becomes the main suspect in the disappearance of his wife and is forced to investigate on his own, discovering that his couple led a double life.
The telenovela, whose original story was written by Sebastián Arrau, will be directed by Eduardo Ripari, Ricardo Schwarz and Uandari Gómez.
In the leading roles will be the Mexican actress Altaír Jarabo, the Ecuadorian singer, model and actress María Elisa Camargo and the Kenyan-Mexican actor Arap Bethke.
