Joven Computer Club will increase rates for some services

The Joven Computer and Electronics Club (JCCE) will increase the rate of some of its services for natural and legal persons throughout the country, starting February 1.

From that date, the services offered for legal entities will increase; Computer rental will increase from 30 Cuban pesos (CUP) to 90 per hour and computer assistance will be worth 300 CUP per month per computer, when its current value is 100, a note from the official media revealed. Granma.

Likewise, the rates for renting premises will rise from 20 pesos to 115 per square meter per hour, said that official newspaper.

Some services will double their value, such as videoconferencing on the Joven Club network, which with the new rates amounts to 100 CUP per hour per network access point, when currently its price is 50.

Others, like post-production of audiovisuals, will lower their price, which is currently 200 per hour of production of the material and will cost 75 CUP.

Among the "broad portfolio of services and products that contribute to the computerization of society and the digital transformation in our country", as promoted by the official press, are professional services, whose price will be 80 CUP per hour per person.

Consulting and implementation of applications will remain at a cost of 65 CUP per hour.

For natural persons On the other hand, the development and implementation of computer applications will be agreed between the parties and, in the post-production of audiovisuals, the value would be 65 CUP, lower than the current one, 100 pesos per hour of material production.
