A Cuban who was wanted for international arms trafficking was arrested in the Dominican Republic and deported to the United States, the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) reported this Friday.
Elieser Sori Rodriguez, 51 years old, was wanted in the Southern District of Florida for international arms trafficking since 2021.

The Cuban was transferred to the United States based on the Immigration Law, which does not admit foreigners with criminal records or fugitives from the justice of their country into national territory.
