Cuban boxer Javier Ibáñez is crowned European champion by the IBA at featherweight

The Cuban boxer, nationalized Bulgarian, Javier Ibanez was crowned IBA European Champion (International Boxing Association) in the featherweights, by defeating the local team in Madrid Jose Quiles this Saturday night.

Reyes (Havana, 1992) won a bronze medal at the World Amateur Boxing Championship in 2021 and, a year later, a silver medal at the European Amateur Boxing Championship.
