Just over 24 hours have passed since the last release of Charly & Johayron, and the reggaeton artists have already announced that they are working on a new musical title.
The popular Cuban duo surprised their followers on social media with a preview of the song that has attracted a lot of attention, as a part of it strongly resembles one of Rihanna's great hits, "Umbrella".
The singers shared a video on Instagram with several colleagues from their recording studio, with the song playing in the background.
"We are the entire bus's pain! Bases loaded, we're hitting the streets right now! You call the shots," they wrote in the post's description.
The sound of the chorus in their song is very similar to the same part in Rihanna's song, and although it will surely be a plus for their fans to like it, some are already wondering in the comments if this is considered plagiarism.
Recreating certain chords from very popular songs seems to be very trendy in the Cuban urban genre, but what has been liked about Charly & Johayron so far is their originality and the type of reggaeton they offer to their audience.
Will this new song have the same support from his fans? We just have to wait for the premiere.
What do you think?
