The announcement specifies that the “majestic” mansion, located in Víbora, was built in 1930 and recently renovated, featuring two stories and an area of 800 square meters within the property.

The residence features seven bedrooms and four luxurious bathrooms, along with a reception area, a main living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a pantry with a countertop and sink, and a spacious porch.

Additionally, it boasts three terraces: one in the front and two at the back, as well as a patio with another kitchen, a laundry area, and service facilities. It features three entrances, a closed garage for two cars, and parking space for four or even more vehicles.

The mansion also features a large garden area with pergolas surrounding the main staircase, and the property is fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and a gate.

According to the announcement, the residence has hot water, Wi-Fi, a landline, street gas, and “some other things” are included.

Although not specified, the shared photos show a wooden dining set for six, a bedroom set, and some shelves in the kitchen.

Lastly, it has updated construction permits that allow for the building of a ranch or other types of additions.

"The price is 220 thousand USD negotiable," the post stated, generating a significant amount of reactions and comments.

Many of them agree that with that amount of money, anyone can emigrate from Cuba and buy a house and a car in another country.

Recently, the sale of an apartment in El Vedado, one of the most sought-after areas of Havana, sparked numerous reactions and comments, as the property was valued at 120,000 USD.

This property is located on a high floor of a well-maintained building, close to iconic sites such as FOCSA and the intersection of Línea and L streets.

The real estate agency Vedado y Más has repeatedly presented properties valued at over 100,000 USD as great opportunities.
