A Cuban from Miami recounts one of the happiest days he experienced in the United States

"Every time I travel and go out, they tell me 'welcome home.' When I go to Cuba, they treat me poorly."

A Cuban resident in Miami who works as a gasoline truck driver stated that the United States is the best country in the world.

In a casual conversation with influencer Dairon Cano, the man revealed that he emigrated many years ago and expressed gratitude to the United States for giving him "the opportunity that my own country did not provide."

The interviewee confessed that he feels both Cuban and American.

"One of the happiest days I had in this country was the day I obtained my citizenship, when they thanked me for becoming a citizen," he detailed.

"And every time I travel and go out, they tell me 'welcome home.' When I go to Cuba, they treat me poorly. I was an immigrant who became a citizen. Yet, when I go to my country of origin, where I was born, they treat me badly," he added.
