Fernando Delgado, Fernan, as he is known to the presenter of Destino Tolk in the world of social media, was one of the last people who spent time with José Téllez, El Chico Bombón, even on the day of his passing.
The death of the Cuban comedian was a severe blow for the Dominican as they shared a great friendship, often going out together to have fun and make videos on social media.
"You know what hurts me the most? That the same day he passed away, we spent the day talking, and we were even going on a trip this weekend," Fernan told Destino Positivo.
That day they gathered at a restaurant in Miami and José was happy because he had become an American citizen and had just received his passport, which is why he wanted to go to Punta Cana to celebrate with friends, including Fernan.
“It is a tragic news for the people of Cuba and for many Latinos who also had the pleasure and honor of knowing José, a person who was always joyful, with a consistently positive attitude; I never saw José angry or in a bad mood,” recalled Destino Positivo.
The three of them worked together on the comedy series "No, This Way" for the PRONYR TV platform, from which they will always have plenty of funny anecdotes to share.
José Téllez, El Chico Bombón, was found dead in his apartment in Miami on January 15th.
