The Cuban influencer Gino Montalvo Martínez, better known as Oyacito “King of Kings”, revolutionized Instagram after sharing images and videos from an aesthetic clinic in Miami, where he underwent surgery to rejuvenate his figure.
With his spontaneous and unfiltered style, Oyacito showcased part of the process in the operating room, accompanied by the song “Se puso linda” by Karol G, and tagging the center @golden_cosmetic_center. The images revealed treated areas of the abdomen and buttocks, provoking a torrent of reactions among his followers.
In another of his videos, the content creator shared images preparing for surgery, stating, “Although I got up… #NewBody”, making it clear that he feels happy with his transformation and ready to end the year with everything.
As expected, the comments came in quickly. "The body of desire," wrote his friend Kenny Robert. Other users left messages like "Rosario is coming in strong, I love it," "I think she's coming with a new figure," or "We'll be debuting, and not necessarily new clothes this New Year's."
Some even joked about the surprise of the publication: "Without warning, that's not how it's done," while others highlighted their naturalness and confidence: "Blessings, my love, you're beautiful no matter what," "Now this is a scandal," or "The new body for 2026."
