Ingredients:
4 ripe tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 large onion or 2 medium ones
2 sprigs of parsley
1 large garlic clove
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
¼ cup of vinegar
¼ cup of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer or blender. Place them over low heat in a shallow saucepan, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of a thick paste. Let it cool and serve it over toast or crackers, for snacks, breakfasts, or teas.
