The Cuban influencer Miguel David Estévez, known for his humorous videos titled “Las Locuras de Miguelín,” which ironically depict the economic and social crisis on the island, arrived in Miami after a journey he undertook in Nicaragua.

"First, I thank God for giving me the strength and not leaving me alone... A new life," the young man commented on his social media alongside an emotional video that shows the welcome he received at Miami Airport from his mother, friends, and his girlfriend Laura Almanza.

Cuban artists such as Yomil Hidalgo, El Uniko, Alex Duvall, William el Magnífico, and Ovi sent congratulatory messages to the young comedian from Camagüey, wishing him all the best in his new life.

"Oh God, you're here! That's great, kid! Welcome," wrote comedian Andy Vázquez in the comments, with whom Miguel David collaborated on a short titled "La traición."

In "La traición," the character Vázquez -Facundo Correcto- attempts to capture resellers of MLC products on the island. For this mission, he uses the agent "Calamina" (Miguelín), who betrays the alleged resellers in exchange for a phone recharge.

"Las locuras de Miguelín" reaches over 380,000 people through social media. Among its short films are "La Casa sin Papel," "La Convivencia," "Los apagones en Cuba," and "La Carne de Vaca."

Since the influencer's arrival in Florida, they have been sharing on social media what their daily life is like.
