The representative of CubaLuis Daniel Galvez won the title ofMister Supranational 2022, the international male beauty pageant held annually in Poland since 2016.
The 27-year-old Cuban model competed against almost 40 candidates from other countries to take the title. After weeks participating in various activities and events, the big day of the final was held this Saturday, July 16 in the city of Nowy Sacz in Poland.
An outcome that Luis Daniel gave as the winner, who celebrated his victory on his social networks, where he posted the moment in which he was proclaimed Mister Supranational 2022.
The Cuban took over from the Peruvian Varo Vargas, who won the last edition, thus becoming the first Cuban representative to win this contest.
The list of finalists was completed by the Indonesian Matthew Gilbert Wibowo as first finalist, the Greek Leonidas Amfilochios as second finalist, the Mexican Moises Peñaloza, who was third finalist and the Puerto Rican Heriberto Rivera as fourth finalist.
When presenting for this contest, the young Cuban expressed his happiness to represent not only his country, "but all Cubans who travel the world searching for their heart's desire and their goals."
The Miss and Mister Cuba organization congratulated the champion and the entire Cuban community within Cuba and abroad for this victory.
"This is not just our triumph, this is also yours, your dreams, goals, sacrifices and desire to move forward every day. Now more than ever we are sure that Cuba will be felt throughout the world," they said in the statement they published after naming Luis Daniel as the winner of the contest.

The final of the international men's beauty pageant took place a day after the end of the women's Miss Supranational pageant, which was won by South African Lalela Mswane. The person in charge of representing Cuba in the contest was the model Liz Rodríguez.
