La tiktoker Cuban Matrioshka He told his experience in a five star hotel located in the northern keys of the country, under the administration of the Gaviota group, of the GAESA military consortium.
The young woman had a few days of vacation marked by lack of supplies, bad services and food shortages. He did not say in his video which hotel facility he had stayed at. However, in the comments of his publication he ended up confirming that he was in the Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas, from Villa Clara.
"You couldn't take the cheese freely.There was always someone to serve it to you. During my stay I never saw ham, only sausage and bacon. The food was repetitive, there was almost always the same thing," he commented.
The hotel I didn't have sugar no sweeteners, just honey to sweeten coffee. The young woman showed how Cubans take food from the restaurant, surreptitiously, to consume it later.
This video had a first part where the tiktoker told the poor condition of your room. Not only was it dirty but it had a half-fallen light bulb in the bathroom, rust stains on the toilet seat, and other details that are not acceptable in a five-star hotel.
