A man was found dead on Monday trapped under a vehicle in the parking lot of a condominium in Miami-Dade.
The man was found unconscious in the Peninsula condominium complex around 1:35 p.m., located at 1300 SW and 122 Ave, in the Tamiami area, local media reported.
Rescue teams from the fire department arrived and declared the man dead.
The Miami-Dade Police are conducting the investigation as an "unclassified death," pending the autopsy.
The police did not provide any information about the identity of the deceased or how they may have ended up under the car.
This Monday, it was also revealed that the Miami-Dade Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred last Friday in the Palmetto Estates neighborhood, located in the southwestern part of the county, which resulted in the death of a teacher from Doral Academy.
The incident, deemed by the police as a murder-suicide, occurred in a house on the 9900 block of Southwest 165th Terrace, around 4:20 p.m. on Friday.
The officers found a dead man at the scene, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, and another man and a woman also injured by gunfire.
On Sunday, it was reported that the Miami Gardens police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found floating in a canal in the morning.
The body was spotted in the 2700 block of 206th Street Northwest by several men who alerted the authorities.
