Cuban motorcyclist dies after being hit by a truck in Holguín

A woman died after the impact between a truck and a motorbike this Saturday, in the province of Holguín.

The incident occurred between the Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) and the Beer Factory, on the Beltway of the capital city of Holguin, reported users of the Facebook group “BUS & TRUCK ACCIDENTS for more experience and fewer victims!”.

Although the cause of the accident could not be specified in the comments, one of the Internet users said that apparently the driver of the motorbike turned to enter the nearby community and the truck was about to overtake and could not avoid it.

According to what they mentioned, the truck involved belongs to the Cuba Petróleos Company (CUPET).

At the time of writing this information there were no details about the deceased person, nor the possible cause of the event.

On Friday,A teenager allegedly died in an accident between a modern car and a horse cart in the town of Macambo, in San Antonio del Sur, province of Guantánamo.

The death of the Guantanamo teenager was reported on social networks by Facebook user Yailis Vaquero Velázquez, who assured that in addition to the deceased, the accident left several people injured, some with serious injuries.
